OK the hotel will take delivery of the t-shirts.
So you can send all the North East Ride guys their T's here.
If the Canadian F'ers are good with it I'll bring theirs back with me.
I'm sending hotel details via PM to CoolCat. |

That's a different email address than the one I've got on file for you. I'll update it and send the bill to this address that you've posted.
For all of you Canadian members. I'm going to go ahead and invoice you for the shirts only! I haven't gotten it all figured out yet as far as who will be handling the in-country distribution but there are a couple of people who have volunteered so I'm confident that something will work out. One thing is for sure, if I don't get all the money soon we certainly won't be able to get the shirts in time for the NE ride.
I'm going to finish all of the invoicing tonight. All non-US members are receiving invoices for shirts only and you will be responsible for reimbursing the designated in-country member who will be receiving the bulk shipment. Those details will be communicated later.
If you've received an invoice from me already please pay it! If you need some time (waiting for payday, etc.) please let me know when you expect to be able to pay it. Some day very soon I'm going to have to impose a cut-off date and at that point anyone who hasn't paid yet will not be included in the order. If a significant number of shirts get cut out of the order because people don't follow through on their orders I'm going to have to start a fund-raising drive to make up for the price difference because fewer shirts cost more per shirt and the price I've set won't cover all the shirts and the expenses.
Sorry for all the bold text, I just wanted to make sure I had your attention!
Thanks. |

Update....
Everyone has now been invoiced! If you placed an order and you haven't seen an invoice yet then its probably because I don't have a current email address for you, please send me an email with your current address so that I can resend your invoice.
There are currently 13 US members who I have not received payments from nor heard from on when I should expect their payment. I'm going to go and send reminders on all of those invoices now.
Now that all non-US members have been invoiced it'd be great if you guys can all pay ASAP! Thanks everyone! |

Matt - no problem with the bold text. At least it's not in Burgundy, Italics, and no punctuation that rambles on with frequent topic changes all in the same paragraph. |

Thanks for all the hard work Matt! I for one, would be willing to buy an extra shirt or two to take up slack if you wind up with a bunch of dead-beat orders. |

We were just over 250 shirts for the group at the last count when I turned the inventory back over to Matt.

Matt,
I will help out as well if it becomes necessary. I don't want to see you bear any unforseen costs alone. I am certainly willing and able to help defray the risk.

Paid via PayPal this morning. |

I will always buy more t's to defray the cost. I wanted to order more but the hubby kinda looked at me funny (Yamaha fruit loop). Never know when one will get ruined and there is another in the closet to take it's place! Thanks for the great job fellas! |

Hey Matt, still no invoice here either. My profile is correct and I got your other e-mail. Check your received and maybe reply to that one with just text if needed.

Jose,
Please send me an email, then I'll resend the invoice to the address that email comes from. There is no email address in your profile.
If anyone else hasn't received their invoice yet please do the same, just click on the "email" button at the bottom of one of my posts.
breets50, I've sent a new invoice to the email address that is in your profile, its a different address than the one I had in the order spreadsheet. |

I too will pony up for a couple more in biggie size, (& maybe a different color), if we need to make count!! |

Current status:
Still waiting on payment from 14 members who have a total of 34 shirts ordered.
At this point I'm going to put a cut-off date on this thing. April 30th will be the last day to order and pay for shirts at the $10 price. I will be able to make more shirts available in the future but they will cost more. I'll be sending another round of email and PM reminders to those who have not yet paid. I'm also going to start a new thread announcing this cut-off date. The order will be placed May 1st. Let's get some shirts! |
