Realitivly easy to machine using hand saws and a router .Makes one hell of a mess so have shitty place to do it .

I forgot to add jim the marks on the swing arm were perfect and the fit into the frame nice and snug,
PS did you find the jets etc I lost the clip in the mess and used a p clip which works well.

Also got 7 yrs on my motobat and change it between both bikes. when not in use , just keep a eye on state of charge .
Never dropped below 12.6 so no need to charge it as it will do more harm than goo ...

yes no problem with my bell . Always i check easy fitment of arms over ears after helmet strapped on and no irritation.
I don't wear ear plugs .
